It was a good game.
The Australian 3rd official was obviously blind (or heaven forbid bitter and angry), I've spoken to 3 qualified union refs who agree that should have been a try. But then again England made a lot of silly errors and may have handed the game to them anyway
England did far better than expected, the quater final and semi final were brilliantly played. England have been missing that magic for 4 years hopefully now they will bring some back with them.
A lot of people will be happy and look on this as an opportunity to justify their own teams terrible performance in this world cup. To be honest I don't care, we proved we still have it. We beat Australia and France down and just remind me at what stage did Ireland and Wales go out again? (Scotland well done I personaly thought you could have gone further).
I take my hat off to Argentina who had a great world cup and proved themselves yet again to be a world class team.
To those of you who don't care about rugby don't worry, the six nations is only a few months away. |

| Half term |

I'm on half term, its ace.
I never had a reading week at uni so this is my first proper mid term break since October 2002, (Febuary 2003 doesn't count as I was in hospital).
Loving my course. I was talking to Faye the other day and she made me realise how much I have changed since leaving School and in fact since leaving Aber. She refers to them as the Aber Andy and the Keele Andy. Most people reading this will have not noticed this change themselves as, was quite obvious, at the Q party I reverted back to Aber Andy.
If you had told me 5 or even 1.5 years ago this is who i'd turn out to be I wouldn't belive you. I like this version of me a hell of a lot better. |
